Hmmm…awk. question(: haha. Uhhhmm….I’ve never been one of those girls who does crazy things, but I once got a silly band of a golfer, because I liked this guy who played golf. Ha. Then when he was around I took it off and kinda made it known that I “loved” golf. ha. I hate golf. I know nothing about it. Either that, or when I acted like I didn’t know a guy liked me and “guessed” different girls’ names. ha. I’m a lame-Oh.

This Weeks subject: THAT SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN YOUR PURSE…
- Gum - Always always always carry gum in your purse. It’s your second tooth brush. Breath is something that should always be fresh….since you can’t always brush your teeth, you should always be able to pop a piece of gum in your mouth.
- Writing Utensil - Pen, pencil, whatever….they’re important. You never think you need one until someone asks to borrow a pen.
- Perfume/Spray - Little touch ups here and there never hurt anyone. The little VS PINK mini-sprays are perfect sizes. Always spray behind your neck!!!!
- Chapstick/Lipgloss - Chapped lips are gross, and no one will kiss you ever. End of story. You’re welcome.
- Tissues - Sometimes, you need somewhere to spit gum, wipe off lipstick, cry, and just blow your nose. These guys come in handy.
- Tampons - If you don’t carry at least 2 with you at all times, you will regret not listening to me. Red is NOT your color…ever.
- Quarters - The little vending machines come in handy when you don’t listen to me…these things are necessities. Quarters are just there for moral support…if you forget to pack your purse correctly.
- Hand Sanitizer - I wouldn’t trust public bathrooms…or people’s hands for that matter.
- Pain Meds - Ibuprofen saves lives. Stops cramps, numbs pain, etc…you’ll love it.
- Clif Bar - Delicious, and temporarily bypasses hunger. You only think you’re hungry.
As my heart goes out to each and everyone affected by the shootings that have occurred earlier this morning, I must admit, this young man who committed these profanities has gained my interest. Not only were others aware of what he was capable of, but they knew some of what he was dealing with. I do not support his decisions, but I can bring myself to understand that he needed help. Bullying is such a serious serious subject. You may not realize that people take things in such different manners. Personally, I am very sensitive towards the subject of bullying. My cousin, Lisa, took her life at the age of 16. Before committing the heartbreak, she listed the names of the girls who had tormented her and led her to her doing. We must stop this. I loved my cousin. She was my role model and I idolize her growing up. She was brilliant, top of her class, and quirky. Not everyone can see the good in certain people, but I can assure you, IT IS THERE. Do not be the cause of a breaking point. The world needs good. These are not “bad kids”…they are misunderstood cases which need to be solved, cries which need to be healed, and souls which need to be rested. Be the one who answers. Please.
